I used to have a lot of headaches. I started drinking more water and tried all types of home remedies, and I still kept getting the headaches. I wasn't in excruciating pain, so I didn't think they were bad enough that a doctor would help me. It was just enough pain to make me feel miserable. I decided to mention them to my doctor, thinking he would tell me to just live with them. To my surprise, he told me that even moderate headaches can benefit from prescription treatments if they come often enough that they disrupt your life. He ran tests to rule out more serious problems, and gave me a prescription to take when headaches disrupt my life. I created this blog to help others realize they don't have to just live with daily headaches. There are treatments that can help you get your life back.
